While over 40% of Americans set New Year's resolutions, an all-time low of only 8% actually accomplish their goals!
We make resolutions to loose weight, eat healthier, exercise more, get more sleep, be better Christians, start/re-start school, give and participate more in charities, change jobs, open our own business... and the list goes on and on, right?
But what happened???
Summer is here. July has crept upon us. And those New Year's resolutions are far, far distant memories. In fact, can you quickly name what your resolutions were?
If you can't, don't feel alone. This is the norm by the mid-point of the year!
So again, what happened???
I'll tell ya... it's simple... in a nutshell... "LIFE"!
If you don't purposefully, strategically, and intentionally attack your goals... they'll NEVER happen!
