We cultivate an environment of sisterhood, safe transparency, and genuine concern for one another. The results are proven as we show up, whether we’re in close proximity or many miles apart. The support we give is selfless and unconditional. The VIPs become the sister-friend you wished you had, and the sister-friend you needed to become. There isn’t a handbook for support, but there are underlying needs and expectations we all have (if we’re honest).
